Refund Policy
Fair and transparent refund procedures for PrudentAwareness mobile app testing services
1 Refund Eligibility
We stand behind our mobile app testing and validation services. You may request a refund within 14 days of service completion if the delivered testing results don't meet the agreed-upon scope outlined in your service contract.
What qualifies for a refund?
- Testing deliverables that significantly deviate from the contracted scope
- Failure to complete agreed-upon test cases within the specified timeframe
- Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
- Cancellation of services before testing begins (full refund available)
2 Refund Process Timeline
Step-by-Step Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, our team conducts a thorough review of the delivered services against your original requirements. This isn't just a checkbox exercise — we genuinely want to understand if we've met your expectations and delivered value.
3 Payment Method Considerations
Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Different payment methods have varying processing times:
- Credit Cards: Typically 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- Bank Transfers: Usually 3-5 business days for domestic transfers
- Digital Wallets: Generally 1-3 business days
- International Transfers: May take 7-14 business days depending on banking systems
Keep in mind that while we process refunds quickly on our end, your financial institution controls when the funds actually appear in your account. We'll provide confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our side.
4 Partial Refunds and Special Situations
When partial refunds apply
Sometimes a partial refund makes more sense than an all-or-nothing approach. We might offer a partial refund if some testing phases were completed successfully but others fell short of expectations.
For ongoing testing projects, we evaluate each completed milestone separately. If you're satisfied with Phase 1 testing but have concerns about Phase 2, we can discuss a partial refund for the unsatisfactory portion while maintaining the value you received from completed work.
- Multi-phase projects: Refunds calculated based on completed vs. unsatisfactory phases
- Rush orders: Expedite fees may be non-refundable if testing was prioritized and resources allocated
- Third-party costs: External tool licensing or device rental fees may be deducted from refund amounts
5 What We Can't Refund
To be completely transparent, there are some situations where refunds aren't possible. This isn't about being difficult — it's about maintaining fair business practices for all our clients.
- Services completed more than 14 days ago (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
- Testing results that meet contract specifications but don't align with changed business needs
- Delays caused by late provision of required materials from your team
- Requests based solely on budget constraints or internal business changes
- Completed services where test results reveal app issues (that's what testing is for!)
We understand that business priorities shift and budgets change. While we can't always offer refunds in these situations, we're usually happy to discuss alternative solutions like credit toward future services or adjusted deliverables.
6 Making a Refund Request
If you believe you qualify for a refund, the process is straightforward. Send us an email explaining your situation — the more detail you provide, the faster we can review and respond to your request.
Include in your refund request:
- Your project reference number or invoice details
- Specific reasons why the deliverables don't meet expectations
- Any relevant communication or documentation
- Your preferred resolution (full refund, partial refund, service credit)
We treat every refund request seriously and review each case individually. Our goal isn't to avoid refunds — it's to understand what went wrong and how we can make it right. Sometimes that means a refund, other times it might mean additional work at no charge or other mutually beneficial solutions.
